Delivery and Shipping
All Fillniture orders are packaged by hand with special care to protect . All orders are shipped via international shippers such as DHL or UPS
Does FILLNITURE ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. To allow us to best serve you, please complete the shipping form upon checkout and try to be as detailed as possible (for instance a phone or mobile contact number is very helpful for international orders.)
How long does the delivery take?
Express Shipping
Delivery time depends on your country. As soon as your order is confirmed, we start the shipping process. We aim for 3-7 working days for international delivery unless stated otherwise in the product description. You will receive an email indicating the tracking number, the estimated delivery date and your invoice.
Shipping Costs
We pay all shipping costs.
* For returns and exchanges, the cargo belongs to you.
Custom Duties
Once your order reaches its destination, local guidelines, such as import taxes and local duties may apply. Note, that these charges are not included in your purchase and beyond our control, you will be responsible for paying them. You can contact the customs officials in your country for more information about these charges. Do not hesitate to contact us we will support you with customs information and communication.
Returns & Refunds
Products that have been made to order cannot be returned. If such products are received damaged or defective then replacements will be manufactured and delivered as replacement as soon as possible. For standard products which have not been made to order you may return them within 14 days of delivery to an address specified by us. However we are not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth below. The product you return must be in new, unused, condition with all the original packaging and product tags still attached.
New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. We will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to you. All correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s account. If returning by post the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. The cost of returning the goods is at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights. We recommend using registered post and retaining the proof of postage as we may require signed proof of delivery. We are not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.
You warrant that you will comply with all local and international shipping and customs regulations and applicable laws.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank 0f the credit card.
Can I return an product if it is damaged?
Yes, you can return an item only if it is damaged at the time of delivery, and expressly notify to the shipping company. We strongly recommend that you open the piece in front of the delivery person. In case you notice any damage to your piece, you will have to notify “damaged” on the delivery receipt, sign it and keep a copy. Please note that without this notification no refunds will be possible. You must send us an email with all information within 7 days of receiving it. In this case only, Fillniture will reimburse the full amount, including the shipping costs. You will be required to provide the Filniture team with an accurate proof of the damage (damaged notification from the shipping company, condition report and photographs).
How do I pay for my order?
You will first receive an email confirming your order.
We accept the following credit or debit cards: Visa and MasterCard.
You can also pay by wire transfer, in which case your order will go through once your transfer is confirmed. For this, please email us at hello@fillniture.com and we will be happy to assist you in your transaction.
Once we receive your payment, you will receive a new email confirming that payment has been received from IYZICO, our payment gateway partner.
We take fraud prevention and data privacy very seriously, which is why all payments go through 3D Secure authentication. Our payment processing gateway partner is IYZICO.
